This is a great 4 slice toaster for the price. No need to spend lots of money. My husband and I had a Proctor Silex 2 slice toaster for a bunch of years and I finally had to retire it, even though it still works great, in order to have breakfast at the same time on the weekends. This toaster is terrific, and I am very impressed with it. It has a great set of features, and I've rarely gotten so much value for the money spent. Having owned many toasters in my 41 years of marrage, we usually purchased the cheapest ones we could find. This time we searched the consumer reports and found that this toaster was rated very highly by the testers as a "Best Buy". After having it for a few months I have to agree. It is accurate with its settings, delivering the same level of toast, waffles, and English muffins very time. The push down levers lock securely every time, plus after they pop up they can be pulled up further to assist in removing the toasted items. It is a great value!Customer Review: Love It !

After 2 months of use:
Average toasting capabilities.
Toast ejector extension mechanism great idea, however extension should be leghtened for items such as english muffins. Also, when ejection extension utilized, toast centering grids are disabled and smaller toasting items tend to jam before emerging from the top.
