For the price this toaster oven can't be beat. Hasn't disappointed me yet. Some reviewers complained that toast isn't even, but I don't seem to have that problem with mine. When you set the switch to the middle toast mark, the toast comes out perfect, not too light not too dark. The only issue that I have had is that the inside height is a little short because of the heating element. When I have cooked chicken breasts on the bone, I have to put them on the tray breast side down because the other way, if they are large they tend to hit the heating element. They still come out perfectly baked though done upside down. I definitely recommend this product.Customer Review: uneven toaster

We have a small lunchroom and it's a busy place come lunchtime/breaks. Coffee/hot chocolate and reheating leftovers are primary around here. One guy makes a full breakfast of hash browns and eggs!! We have been using our toast ovens everyday for the last 20 yrs or so. We had expensive ovens, we had not so expensive ovens. They all died after several years of services no matter what. So why bother to spend 100 dollars for a machine that just makes a little bit difference? For a $32 machine, this is really a good buy. No complaints so far.
