I can't believe this blender was only $12. I absolutely love it.
If you make soup and you need to puree it...you just do it in the crock pot. No more slopping the hot soup into the blender and then back again.

I basically use it for my Protein shake. It used to be a lot messier before with the milk spilling all over and residues at the bottom. But Silex prepares an excellent milk shake with 0 residue. Cleaning it is a breeze. Just show the blade under tap water, and you are good to go in 10 seconds. Customer Review: good work, but no comfort

I like the working quality of this blender - it cuts fast and turns food into smooth pure. Easy to clean is a plus also. Only problem is comfort - it's too big for my grip and it's difficult to push button all the time. Blender will be ideal if Proctor Silex changes button into svich ON/OFF unit (like in regular mixer).Customer Review: Simple and Effictive blender
